OPEL INTRODUCTION:
Opel is the large German auto consortium that runs multiple sets of racing teams - from open wheel to rally cars. Opel also manufactures its own lineup, which includes the eagerly awaited Speedster model - much about the car is apparently being kept "under wraps" until its official debut in the fall of 2001. The Opel Astra model is a Vauxhall-based design, which has been used by Opel's racing teams - it is one of two touring models found in GT3.

The Calibra is one of the highest revving cars in the game, peaking out at 11,500 rpm on the tachometer. These are excellent all-around cars.
